Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation by Chamber
SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE reserves the right to refuse/cancel membership in the SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE in its discretion.
If SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.
Membership Cancellation by Member
Membership cancellations received within 10 business days of membership registration may be eligible for receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All benefits and/or incentives received by the member will be terminated by the SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE upon cancellation. Membership cancellation will be reported to all SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE business benefit organizations.
All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
EVENT REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Event Cancellation by Chamber
SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If SUNBURY BIG WALNUT AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE cancels an event, registrants and sponsors will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants and sponsors will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration or sponsorship (or equal credit to another event) to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a full refund for your registration is 10 business days prior to the event for our signature events (quarterly breakfasts, annual dinner, Expo, 4th of July, annual golf outing, annual Big Shot, and Christmas on the Square) and 5 business days prior to the date for our routine events (business before/after hours, 1st Fridays, etc.).
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who do not attend an event.
